Become a member today by signing up for the individual plan ($75/month) or the couples plan ($140/month). Additional family members can be added for just $5/month.
Schedule an introductory appointment with the MembersHealth doctor of your choice.
Your health history will be reviewed and a personalized wellness plan will be provided.
Schedule routine visits as often as needed throughout the course of your membership.
Each physician is responsible for a limited number of patients, making medical services more accessible.

* Subject to terms of membership agreement. MembersHealth is not an insurance company and does not offer insurance benefits of any kind. Both MembersHealth and the patient are allowed to terminate our agreements upon 30 days' notice without the necessity of showing any cause for termination. All fees will be prorated as of the date of termination. The only services provided by MembersHealth are normal primary care physician office services for which the MembersHealth physicians are licensed, trained, and qualified.
